Co-Founder and COO 

Uroš brings exceptional expertise in wine, fine dining, and cellar curation, setting a high standard for private dinners and events. His refined palate and meticulous approach ensure that every experience is crafted with authenticity, elegance, and uncompromising quality.

Seth Blumenthal

Head Chef 

Chef Seth Blumenthal crafts cuisine at the intersection of artistry, intention, and technical rigor—rooted in classical French technique, shaped by global influence, and defined by a philosophy of integrity that spans sourcing, composition, and presentation. After helping to open Alter in Miami and later earning a MICHELIN star as Chef de Cuisine at Le Jardinier under Alain Verzeroli in 2022, he now channels his vision through Blume Hospitality, creating seasonally driven, wellness-focused experiences of understated luxury and emotional resonance.
